IMPORTANT MESSAGE – COVID-19 LEVEL 4 UPDATE
Hi to all our Customers and Nature Bee- Believers
We know this is a stressful time for everyone but together we’ll get through this!
As we supply anti-viral products and food items (honey & pollen supplements) soap, and face masks we are considered an essential service. Please be assured we will remain open throughout the Level 4 Lockdown (that is 4 weeks for our international customers) but in reduced capacity to ensure the safety of our staff, our customers and community.
Please also be re-assured that couriers remain open to essential services locally and internationally.
There are a few changes that you need to be aware of however.
Orders – what you need to know:
- These will be processed as normal however please expect delays due to high demand and reduced staff in our warehouse.
- Please make sure the address you give us is accepting inward packages prior to placing your order.
- We are well stocked across all of our products and despite the current high demand we do not anticipate any shortages over the lockdown.
Delivery Times
As you will all be aware, airline capacity has been greatly reduced across all flight lanes domestically and internationally.
- Australian services Covid-19 delivery time: 10 to 14 working days
- USA service Covid-19 delivery time: 14 to 21 working days
- NZ service Covid-19 delivery time: 3 to 5 working days
