TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
ORDERING AND PAYING FOR PRODUCT
This Statement outlines the terms and conditions which apply to all sales and purchases made by you (the Buyer) through this website, regardless of whether your order was sent through the internet, telephone/fax or post. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this site.
Some products available on this site may be restricted in your country. It is your responsibility to comply with those restrictions. Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledges they have reviewed the contents of their order and acknowledge that it contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery. This is your responsibility. You must accepts the full risk of any items or package (or part package) being detained by customs for any reason, and you acknowledge and agree that you will not hold NatureBee® (Topline International, Ltd.) liable for any packages, for whatever reason, being unable to be delivered to the destination you have chosen, or any related costs arising out of your order.
NATUREBEE CUSTOMERS AND ACCOUNTS
Any NatureBee account is to be used only by the person registered for that particular account. All information provided on registration must be true and accurate. False information provided on registration is considered fraud. The account holder is responsible for ensuring that their account details remain confidential, and that access to their computer remains restricted to prevent others from gaining access to their account. The account holder accepts responsibility for all activities which occur under their account. NatureBee reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at any time and will not be held responsible for fraudulent information.
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of NatureBee. You will be charged the price currently shown on the NatureBee website in the currency which you have chosen to shop. NatureBee reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors; hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors, etc. Prices are not negotiable and unless marked otherwise, do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs are calculated and added separately before checkout.
We can send your order to virtually any country in the world. All our items are professionally packed for safe international delivery. This usually takes between 4 and 15 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination country.
We normally ship our products within two business days unless specified otherwise. Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays, and public holidays in New Zealand. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
Your order may be delivered in separate parcels of less than 20kg (around 44 pounds) each for ease of handling and shipping. Our shipping & handling rates are based on the weight of the total order. Products which may exceed the size or weight restrictions may require a special quote which will be calculated and e-mailed separately to you.
Our products are delivered with free insurance while they are being shipped. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is lost, let us know, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund—the choice is yours.
You must pay any import duties or taxes which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country. These cannot be included in the price that you pay us. So they are your responsibility.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. You will be responsible for paying to us the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
Payment options provided by NatureBee are Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners, and Paypal. Your credit card will be billed when you confirm your payment. For your protection, the NatureBee website is SSL secured.
If an order is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with NatureBee within 30 days from date of dispatch of goods. Email details of your claim to email@example.com. If the item is damaged, please include a photograph.
The following options will be made available:
Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.
Credit: If a credit is required, the appropriate NatureBee account will be credited to the amount of the transaction, in the currency at the time of purchase.
Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment. i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited.
Notwithstanding the above, we continue to offer our “Money back if you are not happy guarantee”. Not 30 days, not 60 days, but right down to the last 2 golden capsules…that’s how sure we are that NatureBee will work for you.

Access to the NatureBee website is granted only for the purpose of accessing the our services and purchasing products. Under no circumstances may any person alter any part of the website or try to access it other than through a web browser for the purposes of obtaining information or purchasing product. No part of this site may be reproduced or copied for any reason, nor may any parts of the site be displayed anywhere else using frames or other html manipulation process unless written permission has been granted by NatureBee. This includes copying of any product description, packaging, logos, trademarks, or registrations.

Delivery Information for Direct Orders
Telephone orders: For orders made on this website or through our Customer Service department via phone.
We can send your order to virtually any country in the world. All our items are professionally packed for safe international delivery. USA: 7 to 10 working days from order date. Tracking details are e-mailed to customer.
Australia: 7 to 10 working days from order date. Australia Post delivery has no tracking numbers.
NZ: 3 working days from order date. Tracking details are e-mailed to customer.
UK + EU: 7 to 10 working days from order date. Tracking details are e-mailed to customer.
Asia: 7 to 10 working days from order date. Tracking details are e-mailed to customer.
Note: We do not ship to PO Box addresses
SECURITY & PRIVACY
We aim to provide you with a safe and convenient shopping experience. We take care with your personal information. NatureBee limits the number of employees who have access to the databases that contain personal data, and all employees are advised of the importance of confidentiality.
Access to your information is restricted to staff who require this information to complete their daily duties.
As an added safeguard, NatureBee does not store credit card information with your registered online profile.
When you enter your personal information on our website we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us. Where an online retailer uses SSL technology, at the checkout the online retailer serves, and your PC encrypts everything that you enter into your computer, such as credit card details, billing and delivery address. When it is encrypted, generally other computers are unable to make sense of it, therefore keeping the information private while it is being transmitted.
HOW DO YOU KNOW IF IT’S SECURE?
To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then the SSL is active. To double check for security, look at the URL or Location line of your browser. If you have accessed a secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from “http” to “https”.
While we implement the above security measures on this site to the latest industry standards, you should be aware that 100% security is not always possible.

Any and all the information collected on this site will always be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused (except by NatureBee to fulfil your orders and requests), rented, disclosed, or loaned. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
