Hence those lacking same may reap a more noticeable improvement.
I like to be healthy, can see benefit generally as it is basically a organic food so i continue regardless.
I did not however notice any markable increase in energy nor sleep quality.

Just ordering my second lot.. this has been a life saver for me.. I have fybromyalgia and heard someone on the radio talking about the benefits of Nature Bee, so i gave it a go.. I struggle daily with intense muscle and joint pain, especially at nights.. since starting the power pollen my pain has been so much more bearable and my joint mobility has improved greatly. It has reduced the intensity of the muscle spasms at night.. if you suffer fybro I would highly recommend this product.. the energy it gives you is also an added bonus..
